Mediterranean Breakfast Wrap

I’m a big fan of not limiting your meals to prescribed times. Oats for afternoon tea? –Why not!  Tofu and vegies for breakfast? Yes please Mummy! You may know already that I start every morning with a couple of forkfuls of sauerkraut – yes, I really do. I figure some good healthy fuel for my empty gut and feeding the good bacteria is a ripping start to my day. There is no research behind this, this is just a GUT feeling*. (See what I did there?)   Anywho! I’m sure you can see from this wrap recipe that there are lots of different things you could do here – only egg whites? Sure! Les oil – absolutely! Canned tuna?
