The Race

Are you a cardio Queen and want a huffy puffy option?  We believe in being in incredible shape and being fit too. Cinch runs FIVE sessions per week of a spin session called The Race. Every participant takes on the role of a real cyclist in a real stage of a race.  Its exciting, it’s energising, it’s fun. Got a spin bike?
