Serves 1
1.4 oz. (40g) rolled oats
½ tsp. curry powder
2.75 oz. (80g) frozen edamame
Bring 8 fl oz (237ml) water to a boil in a small saucepan. Stir in oats and curry powder.
Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until oats are tender and water is mostly absorbed.
Add edamame, cover with a lid, and remove from heat. Let steam for 5 minutes.
Stir well and serve topped with ½ tsp. olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
