Cinchy Morning Energiser Smoothie

 

The Cinchy Morning Energiser Smoothie is delicious - if you are aiming to lean up a little swap out the coconut milk for light coconut milk or coconut water. You can also swap out the coconut yoghurt for either Greek yoghurt or cottage cheese - if you want to up the coconut wow factor add a few drops of coconut essence. With every sip, you'll feel like you soaking up the rays in fabulous Fiji!

Ingredients:

1 cup (24ml) coconut milk, from carton

1 cup (240ml) coffee, chilled

2/3 cup (165g) coconut yoghurt, unsweetened

2 medjool dates

1 scoop (25g) protein powder, chocolate

1 tbsp cacao powder, natural

 

Method:

Place all the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.  Serve straight away.
