Cert Four in Fitness
Amanda is a Mum of two gorgeous young girls. Amanda had battled with her weight as a young girl and woman and it wasn’t till after having her babies Amanda decided to really take control of her life, get fit and be an awesome role model to her little girls. Starting off all by herself in her backyard Amanda lost body fat but didn’t feel strong or have the athletic physique she really wanted.
After following Cinch for a couple of years on Instagram Amanda reached out to us in 2018 and began training with Nikki (Nikki’s brief – “Give me fabulous, sexy arms!”) Amanda got the arms, but also a true passion for training with weights that saw her decide on a huge career shift from HR and Community Relations to Health and Fitness with the end goal being to inspire and educate other likeminded struggling Mums on the best, most time effective way to get in shape.
Amanda started her Cert Three and Four in Fitness at the start of 2020 – just as we all headed in to a global pandemic – perfect timing or her to have something to really get her teeth in to! Over lockdowns Amanda took many on line sessions for Cinch and then once Cinch reopened began taking regular group PTs and one on one PT sessions and has become a very popular, well loved and excellent personal trainer.
Whether you would like to train with Amanda as part of our small group VIP training or would like to train with Amanda one on one we can organise that for you!
